The Challenge

Students in humanities, commerce, and the arts were stuck with dense textbooks and finite question banks. Physics, chemistry, and maths already have plenty of gurus. What they needed were learning aids that actually stay in memory — and a product that never runs out of practice because the content is generated, not rationed.

Our Solution

Apzzo built PrepZap — AI haikus, memes, flashcards, and MCQs that make CBSE and CUET content stick

  • Haikus
  • Memes
  • Flashcards
  • MCQs
  • Create on demand
  • Notebook

Key Features

Haikus

Bite-sized poetry that locks key concepts with rhythm and brevity.

Memes

Visual humour that boosts retention through emotion and readability.

Flashcards

Quick review drills based on spaced repetition and retrieval practice.

MCQs

Quizzes to test yourself and turn the same material into a challenge.

Create on demand

A generate control on each aid produces more content instead of rationing a fixed bank.

Notebook

Save what you like and revisit it — repetition designed by the student, not a timer they ignore.

Product screens

Interface work from the live PrepZap product — the same screens customers use.

What learners say on PrepZap

PrepZap has made me fearless about any test or exam. I know I have access to the right content in my pocket to win anywhere. Love the creative learning aids in the content.

Nandika

CUET

Whatever I found too boring to learn and remember is now with me in an interesting, creative version of it. It is like someone took vanilla cake and covered it with a whole lot of delicious icing.

Aakash

Grade 12 (CBSE)

Whenever I want more content, it is always there for me to take. It never finishes. I decide how much content I see, not some limited-view website.

CUET

How we built it

01

Phase 1: Four formats, not one more notes app

The product is the formats. Haikus lock concepts with rhythm and brevity. Memes use humour so the memory trace is emotional. Flashcards run spaced repetition and retrieval practice. MCQs turn the same content into a challenge. Each aid has a create control so a student can generate as much as they need instead of scrolling a finite PDF.

  • Haikus for compressed recall
  • Memes for emotion-backed retention
  • Flashcards and MCQs for drill and testing

02

Phase 2: Science as the product brief

PrepZap’s own site is the spec. Multiple intelligences (Gardner) means rhythm, humour, repetition, and logic all get a format. Dual coding pairs text with associations. Microlearning keeps chunks small. A notebook saves what a learner likes so repetition is on their terms. We built generation and save/revisit around that model rather than bolting AI onto a question dump.

  • Generate-on-demand instead of a capped content library
  • Notebook to save and revisit favourite aids
  • MCQs as the current way to check progress

03

Phase 3: CBSE now, CUET in the same library

School subjects follow CBSE with an NCERT-shaped format. That overlap is why CUET aspirants can use the same product. The platform stays out of PCM on purpose — those subjects already have crowded markets — and concentrates on humanities, commerce, and arts, with room to add classes when students ask.

  • CBSE / NCERT alignment for Class 12
  • CUET overlap without a second product
  • Humanities, commerce, and arts first

04

Phase 4: Trial, annual plans, school-ready privacy

Registration unlocks a free trial pack after profile completion. Purchases last a year, so the advice on the FAQ is to subscribe early in the session. Content stays with the student for now; partner schools will later be able to receive work for class discussion. The web app is designed for a big screen and still usable on a phone browser.

  • Free trial pack on signup
  • One-year subscription window
  • Responsive web app, no native store listing required
