1. Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to cancel an order. Please note the following:
- Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order. The sooner you contact us, the higher the likelihood we can accommodate your request.
- Once the shipping process has been initiated, we are unable to process cancellation requests. At that point, you may need to follow the returns process after receiving the product.

2. Perishable Items
For perishable goods, we are unable to accept cancellation requests once the order has been confirmed. However, if you receive a perishable item that is damaged, defective, or does not meet quality standards, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. Please report such issues promptly upon delivery so that we can take appropriate action.
3. Damage & Defects
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
- Report the damage or defect within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting our support team.
- Provide photographic evidence and a clear description of the issue to help us process your claim efficiently.
- The merchant will verify the reported damage or defect. Upon confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
4. Product Expectations
If the product you receive does not match the description provided on our platform, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please include details of the discrepancy along with supporting evidence. We will review your claim and, if validated, arrange for a suitable resolution — including a replacement or refund.
5. Warranty
Certain products may come with a manufacturer's warranty. For any warranty-related claims or issues, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly using the warranty documentation provided with the product. Apzzo Technologies does not independently manage manufacturer warranty claims but will assist you in directing your enquiry to the appropriate party where possible.
6. Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 6–8 business days. Please note that the exact timeline may vary depending on your financial institution. You will receive a confirmation notification once the refund has been initiated.
