The Go Deliverr project faced several challenges, including integrating AI and Machine Learning algorithms for optimal route management and ensuring timely deliveries across diverse locations. Balancing cost-efficiency with high-quality service was complex, particularly with a global reach extending from major cities to remote areas. Additionally, maintaining user safety with non-contact delivery options and managing a flexible delivery partner system presented logistical difficulties. Addressing these issues required careful planning and innovative solutions to meet varying user and partner needs while maintaining service excellence.
